To edit an existing Dealer select MY INFO > MY DEALERS/BUILDERS from your PAP Homepage. 



Click on the Edit icon to the right-hand side of the Dealer Master Record.


This will expand the Dealer Master Record and allow you to make the appropriate changes and any updates.



Please Note: All Dealer name changes require approval from the PAP Admin team before taking effect. 

When editing a Dealers name, once you click anywhere outside of the name field a notification message will display in red:

Changed from "Dealer's current name" *Change is pending administrative approval this is to confirm any changes made to the Dealers name.

Selecting SAVE triggers the system generated request sent to the PAP Admin team for their review.



Once your Dealer name change request has been completed you will receive a system generated email notifying if the Dealer name change was Approved/Denied.   



When making any changes to the Dealer's Basic Information you must select SAVE before EXITING the PAP Dealer/Builder Master otherwise the updates will not be reflected. 

If you do not select SAVE before proceeding to the next screen you will receive a pop up requiring your attention.

You must select OK and then SAVE and/or EXIT in order to continue. 



 Please Note: Changes made in the dealers master record will automatically update on existing program registrations within the system.
