To access the Excel Reports tool within PAP click on Reporting > Program Application Process



To run an Excel Report in PAP select Reporting > Excel Reports from the PAP home page. 



The Excel Report page will display.



Click the drop down arrow to the right of FORM TYPE and FORM STATUS to select the appropriate data.



After completing the Form Type, Form Status and Submitted date fields, click Export. 



Once the Excel Report has downloaded it will display in the bottom left corner of the screen.



PLEASE NOTE: If there is a large amount of data being pulled, your search may go into a queue which can take up to 24 hours to download at which time you will be notified by email once completed.
